About The Position

This position is responsible for preparation, application, and repair of paper machine roll covers at our Clarks Summit, PA location. The responsibility of the operator’s basic duties will entail setup and machine calibration, recovering of customers machine rolls, oven operation, and draining and filling tanks and vessels. The ability to patch covers in plant or at the customers facility by carrying out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. You will be required to handle solvents to use while cleaning and maintaining machinery and customers equipment and will be required to transfer waste from dispenser to containers for proper disposal.

Requirements

• A high school education with previous manufacturing experience; ideally a minimum of three to five years’ experience.
• You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and work on feet for extended periods.
• Please note that any offer of employment is contingent upon a background check and pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of papermaking machinery a plus, but not required.
• Willing to work with and train candidates with a high level of initiative and personal motivation.
