About The Position

Courtyard by Marriott Lexington North is seeking a motivated and experienced Bistro Supervisor to lead our Bistro team. The Bistro Supervisor is responsible for daily operations, guest satisfaction, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role in food & beverage or hospitality (preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Food safety certification (ServSafe or similar) preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and support Bistro team members
  • Ensure exceptional guest service at all times
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and assist with scheduling
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and local health regulations
  • Collaborate with hotel management to achieve operational goals
