About The Position
At Kocourek Subaru, we take pride in delivering a smooth, comfortable, and customer-focused service experience. A key part of that experience is our Courtesy Shuttle Team, helping guests get where they need to go while their vehicles are serviced. We are looking for a friendly, reliable Courtesy Shuttle Driver to join our team. The Courtesy Shuttle Driver provides safe, timely transportation for customers to and from the dealership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is comfortable driving, and represents the dealership with professionalism and care.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time well
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
- Comfortable driving in various traffic and weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs if assisting customers with small items
- Ability to be able to sit for long periods of time and ability to climb stairs.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate the dealership’s shuttle vehicle to transport customers
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor
- Assist guests entering and exiting the shuttle as needed
- Keep shuttle vehicle clean, fueled, and in good operating condition
- Communicate wait times, schedules, and route changes to customers and service staff
- Follow all traffic laws, dealership policies, and safety procedures
- Perform light errands such as parts runs or internal deliveries when shuttle demand is low
- Report any vehicle concerns or maintenance needs promptly
