The Courtesy Patrol Officer is responsible for conducting on-site daily patrols, demonstrating a strong commitment to company goals and values, and upholding the success of both the community and the company. Requirements

  • Knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems and other monitoring equipment.
  • Familiarity with conflict management techniques and de-escalation strategies.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR and First Aid Certification is advantageous.
  • Experience in law enforcement or military service is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive customer service attitude with all individuals at the property.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Keep a comprehensive log of resident inquiries, complaints, and property incidents.
  • Conduct regular patrols to monitor for suspicious activity or violations.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect potential threats or breaches.
  • Respond immediately to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
  • Enforce access control procedures to monitor individuals entering and exiting the premises.
  • Perform thorough inspections of the premises to identify risks or vulnerabilities.
  • Compile detailed reports on incidents, accidents, and observations.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
  • Ensure all doors and windows are secured during property walks.
  • Identify property hazards and maintenance issues, logging them appropriately.
