About The Position

To supervise the Courtesy Patrol staff as per company and supervisor guidelines.

  • Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions when furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
  • CPR/AED training certificate or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable time. (Offered)
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and a high degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Initial Interview of applicants
  • Training of new employees
  • Supervise Courtesy Patrol staff
  • Respond to supervisory calls for service.
  • Keep resort Management staff informed of issues
  • Recommend promotions and terminations
  • Keep time reports current
  • Order, request department supplies
  • Complete schedules
  • Coordinate with local Law Enforcement for off-duty officers to augment security staff during certain holidays or emergencies.
  • Complete assignments that are directed by the General Manager and/or the Director of the HOA and Managers.
  • Participate in Hurricane Action Plan preparation and post-storm duties
