About The Position

The Courtesy Patrol/Security position at Stratton Amenities is essential for maintaining the safety, security, and satisfaction of residents in a luxury apartment community. Requirements

• Previous experience in a concierge, customer service, or security role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and guests, handle inquiries, and provide information about the community and local area.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure the safety and security of residents and property.
• Respond to and document incidents, issues, or disturbances in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor and manage access to the property, ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed entry.
• Receive, log, and manage resident packages and deliveries.
• Act as a first responder in emergencies, coordinating with emergency services as needed.
• Foster a welcoming environment by organizing and participating in community events and activities.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and logs related to security, maintenance requests, and resident interactions.
