About The Position

The Courtesy Patrol Officer I is responsible for maintaining safety and security at designated locations by patrolling assigned areas, monitoring activities, and responding to incidents. This entry-level position offers opportunities for advancement and requires a flexible schedule to accommodate various shifts.

Requirements

• Must possess a D & Drivers License to apply.
• Proficient in English.
• Entry-level position requiring less than 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform courtesy patrols every 30-60 minutes in assigned areas.
• Make a visible presence on the site to deter theft and vandalism.
• Protect the premises from disturbances, accidents, and other safety issues.
• Patrol public areas to detect unsafe conditions, noise violations, and overcrowding.
• Detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors and gates.
• Monitor and authorize the entrance and departure of visitors and vendors, ensuring proper escort when necessary.
• Communicate openly and frequently with Supervisors regarding site conditions.
• Investigate and document accidents, incidents, suspicious activities, and fire hazards in reports at the start of each shift.
• Provide assistance to team members according to established policies and procedures.
