About The Position

The Courtesy Patrol Officer is responsible for maintaining safety and security within the community through proactive surveillance, conflict management, and law enforcement duties. This full-time position involves conducting regular patrols, responding to incidents, and ensuring the protection of people and property.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the premises.
• Report any suspicious activity or incidents to the appropriate authorities and Front Office.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in law enforcement or security is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to deter and detect criminal activity.
• Respond promptly to incident calls, emergencies, or alarms, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
• Lock and unlock laundries, pools, etc.
• Document incidents and prepare detailed reports for review by law enforcement or management.
• Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
