We are currently seeking a Part - Time Courtesy Officer to join our team at Belle at Bay Colony, a 180 unit apartment community in Dickinson, TX.

Requirements

• Off-duty police officer or former police officer strongly preferred
• Ability to live on-site required
• Ability to work evenings and weekends required
• Must be willing to handle confrontations

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident pages for disturbance, noise complaints, or other non-maintenance emergencies
• Report any safety concerns to the appropriate authorities as well as site management immediately
• Control and monitor access in and out of buildings
• Observe and report anything in need of maintenance
• Report disorderly or suspicious behavior on the property
• Escort trespassers from premises, manage the trespass list, and enforce site specific curfew
• Hold safety meetings with residents when requested by site management
