About The Position
This position will provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service and assistance to customers at the check-stand, bagging groceries, providing carryout service of customers purchases, and in other areas of the store as assigned. Provides premier customer service, including greeting customers and answering questions. Bags customers’ purchases in accordance with store procedures Takes customer carts to the parking lot and unloads groceries into customer vehicles. Retrieves shopping carts from the parking lot Helps customers locate products throughout the store. Assists in cleaning duties as assigned Assists in other duties throughout the store as assigned by management personnel
Requirements
- Ability to deliver friendly, courteous, prompt customer service
- Ability to interpret and follow instructions
- Ability to lift (up to 50 lbs.)
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
