About The Position
Position Purpose: Our Courtesy Clerks will be responsible for executing a wide variety of tasks throughout the front end of the store, including bagging groceries, cleaning, collecting carts, and will provide a memorable experience for all our customers. Responsibilities: A Courtesy Clerk is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol.
- For Internal Transfers/Promotion/Rehire Candidates: 1. Your current leader must recommend that you apply for this position and provide an endorsement upon request from HR. 2. You may be asked to accept a part-time position if that is the only position available 3. Rehires must be approved by an HRBP
Responsibilities
- Bagging customers' groceries in a neat, orderly fashion.
- Collect shopping carts from the parking lot, assist customers to their cars with their groceries
- Always maintain a cheerful, helpful attitude toward all customers and other Team Members
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of store and restrooms
- Assist with “go backs” and accompany customers to locate items throughout the store
- All other related duties as assigned
