About The Position

The Courtesy Clerk position at Sprouts Farmers Market is for customer service ambassadors who provide inviting experiences for shoppers and team members. This role involves properly handling and bagging groceries, assisting customers in finding products, gathering carts, and maintaining store cleanliness by sweeping or picking up spills. Courtesy Clerks are the face of Sprouts to customers and are expected to have a friendly, outgoing attitude and a strong team-oriented mindset. Many team members begin their careers in this role and have opportunities for promotion to other positions within the store. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

At least 16 years of age
Dependable and reliable
Have and show an outgoing and friendly behavior
Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with our customers
Have the ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business does
Follow all Front End procedures and work closely with other Team Members throughout the store

Properly handle and bag shoppers’ groceries
