About The Position
As a Courtesy Clerk at Kroger, your primary responsibility will be to create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. You will be tasked with establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. This role is essential in embracing the Customer 1st strategy, which involves encouraging associates to deliver excellent customer service. You will be expected to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, ensuring that their needs are met and that they leave the store satisfied. Additionally, you will assist in various tasks throughout the store, including bagging groceries, helping customers find products, and maintaining cleanliness in the aisles and checkout areas. Your role will also involve working collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive shopping experience for all customers.
