About The Position
Food City is seeking dedicated individuals to provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times. The essential job functions include following proper procedures for packaging customer orders, filling bag racks, unloading shopping carts, and assisting cashiers in checking out customers efficiently. Employees will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in workstations and store areas, assisting in stocking items like milk and eggs, and helping customers locate products. Additional duties include sweeping and mopping store areas, keeping bathrooms clean, and ensuring the parking lot is litter-free. Employees will also work in the parcel pick-up area as directed and assist in replacing misplaced items to their proper locations. Knowledge of the ValuCard program and shelf tags is essential for assisting customers with price changes and promotions.
