About The Position
Courtesy Cart Drivers are the first point of contact for guests. We provide on-site transportation in a luxury extended golf cart. We start with a smile and warm greeting, then assist guests with on-site transportation. We help with directions and anticipate guests’ needs to deliver an exceptional customer service experience! We are looking for exceptional individuals who are passionate about customer service, compassion and doing their very best at everything they undertake. We perform background checks and motor vehicle reports so clean criminal and driving records are a must. If you enjoy working hard, smiling and think you are capable of joining the FC team fill out an online application and a manager will be in contact if it's accepted.
Requirements
- Minimum 23yrs of age
- Minimum 5yrs continuous Driver's License experience
- License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed
- Minimum 3 years Shuttle Driver experience in a similar role
- No At-Fault Accidents within the last 5 years
- No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years
- No major moving violations within the last 3 years
- No alcohol or drug related violations within the last 3 years
- Positive Teamwork Mindset!
- Positive and friendly attitude and ability to provide exceptional 5-STAR customer service
- Clean-cut appearance
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a clean motor vehicle report
- Be capable of passing a driving test
