Job Summary: The purpose of this position is to perform entry level clerical and operational support functions in the Court Services division. Employees in this classification may be responsible for preparing cases and appropriate materials for trial; clerking trials, evidentiary hearings, magistrate proceedings, and other proceedings; administering oaths; documenting events; taking/maintaining custody of evidence; docketing paperwork; calendaring/setting hearings; and other duties as assigned.
