About The Position
The County Probation Officer II in the Court Services Division is responsible for supervising court-ordered offenders assigned to the County Probation Division and released from Polk County jail into the Electronic Monitoring Program. The officer ensures compliance with all court-ordered conditions and returns offenders to court for appropriate disposition if they fail to meet their obligations. This role involves conducting intake interviews, risk assessments, and coordinating various programs and services for offenders.
