The First Judicial District is hiring an Official Stenographic Court Reporter for the Honorable Eric Braaten. Judge Braaten is chambered in the Carver County Justice Center in Chaska, MN. In-person or hybrid options will be considered for this position. Court Reporters have the opportunity to capture and preserve the court record while serving the public in a professional capacity through the administration of justice. The First Judicial District operates on a daily calendar system, providing employees the opportunity to be assigned throughout the district and to report many different types of court proceedings. The First District consists of seven southern metro counties including Carver, Dakota, Goodhue, Le Sueur, McLeod, Scott, and Sibley.
