The Fourth Judicial District is seeking a Court Operations Supervisor to provide operational leadership and daily oversight for the Facilities Team. This role is responsible for ensuring that courtroom, office, and public spaces remain safe, functional, and ready to support judicial operations. The supervisor oversees maintenance requests, office moves, supply procurement, space readiness, and facilities-related projects in partnership with Hennepin County Facility Services and external contractors. This position also provides direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for Facilities staff and supports district-wide initiatives through project execution and operational planning. This role is a primarily onsite, in-office position based out of the Hennepin County Government Center in downtown Minneapolis. Work will occur in any of the other five courthouses. Typical hours are 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, but may vary depending on business needs. The Minnesota Judicial Branch offers a comprehensive benefits package.
