About The Position
The Tenth Judicial District, which includes eight counties in the Northern Suburbs of the Twin Cities Metro Area, is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Court Operations Supervisor to join the Sherburne Court Administration team in Elk River, MN. The Court Operations Supervisor is responsible for assigning, directing, supervising, and coordinating the work of an assigned work unit/division to ensure that cases are processed in a timely and accurate manner. As a Court Operations Supervisor, you will directly supervise a moderate number of staff in a Court Administrator's office in a medium to large county. This position requires excellent communication, the ability to analyze legal documents for content, and interpret/apply statutes and court rules. This position also requires the ability to make sound, independent judgments and decisions and deal with diverse populations, including staff, judges, stakeholders, and attorneys.
