This position acts as a liaison between the State Court of Appeals Unit, judicial staff, attorneys, and other stakeholders about cases being appealed. Court Operations Associates use a daily report to process exhibits for appeals cases by verifying all the necessary information and exhibits are ready before sending to the Court of Appeals within the specified deadlines. The position also provides backup to the Contact Center by answering phones for a minimum of two hours per day and assisting with additional tasks if needed. This AFSCME-represented position is assigned to the Centralized Services Division located in downtown Minneapolis at the Hennepin County Government Center on C-453. The core hours for these positions are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday. This hybrid position requires a minimum of two days per week on-site, with remote work flexibility based on organizational needs.
