About The Position
The Ninth Judicial District is seeking to fill a Court Operations Associate position within Polk County Court Administration. In this fast-paced and detail-oriented role, you will be responsible for processing cases and assisting court customers and justice partners in order to provide justice through a system that assures equal access for the fair and timely resolution of cases and controversies. This AFSCME-represented position is classified as a Court Operations Associate. Work is completed individually and in teams using independent judgment along with available resources to perform a variety of administrative assignments that requires dedication to providing excellent customer service, strong attention to detail, and technological skills to match our fast-paced, high volume, electronic environment.
