About The Position
Join a values-driven team committed to transforming how courts serve children and families involved in the child welfare system. As the FJCIP Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to lead systemic change, influence local and statewide policy, and collaborate with cross-system court and community partners to create more equitable, trauma-responsive, and family-centered court practices. You'll work closely with court leadership, local and state agencies, gaining experience in policy, program design, and strategic planning. You'll also contribute to statewide efforts that shape the future of juvenile and family courts in Washington.
