Passionate fans from around the world come to NYC to be a part of the event that has redefined 'spectacular' and has become a worldwide pop-culture destination. With more than 1 million on-site visitors, 224 million television viewers worldwide, close to 40 million online visits, and more than 3 billion social media engagements in 2025, why not come and enjoy the thrill and excitement of working with our team? We are seeking Seasonal Court Attendants to monitor and maintain the courts during match play.
Requirements
- Punctual and presentable shift attendance, neatly groomed in a clean, well-maintained uniform
- Must maintain a positive demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Available to work for full duration of the US Open tournament and be available days, nights, weekends, and extended hours
- Must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50lbs+
Responsibilities
- Follow safety rules and regulations
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Interact with internal and external customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Provide courts with supplies needed for proper operation
- Maintain and upkeep the courts during match play
- Replenish supplies
- Clean up the courts after each match
- Dry courts when it rains
- Maintain proper use, storage, and placement of equipment
- Properly stock and store facility items such as nettings, center straps, and benches
- Other duties as assigned
