Requirements

• Experience as a problem-solving court team member and familiarity with the Drug Court Case Management Information System (DCCMIS) is preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and editing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the research, analysis, and development of Management Assistance Project reports evaluating trial court operations.
• Manage or assist with ongoing division projects.
• Analyze proposed legislation and court rules, attending meetings to discuss their impact on trial courts.
• Serve as a liaison to convey SCAO positions at judicial conferences and meetings.
• Participate in the analysis and audit of trial court record keeping and case trend data, making recommendations for improvements.
• Compile and analyze statistics and data on court performance.
• Review court data with judges and court administrators to recommend process adjustments.
• Participate in committees to develop policies, forms, and manuals, and provide input on state programs.
