The Course Materials Assistant supports the accurate and timely management of textbooks and digital course materials across all schools. This role is responsible for reviewing publisher booklists, monitoring textbook edition and pricing changes, and ensuring course schedules align with current term materials. The position enters eBook links into the Learning Management System (LMS), schedules drop and autofill files in the student information system (CNS), and provides frontline assistance to students with textbook-related issues. Working closely with the Course Materials Coordinator, this role helps maintain up‑to‑date booklists and supports additional department tasks as needed. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office—particularly Excel—experience using an LMS, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer-focused environment. It is a part-time, remote position.
