About The Position

Join Southcoast Health, a not-for-profit, charitable health system with multiple hospitals, clinics, and facilities throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. We are searching for a talented Courier to provide prompt and dependable transportation for deliveries, pickups, errands, etc. within the Southcoast Hospitals Group area. This position is per diem with day/evening shifts and a minor holiday and weekend rotation, operating from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm. Requirements

• Completion of four years of high school.
• Valid Vehicle Operators License and safe driving record.
• Minimum of three months experience in a similar role.
• Good customer service skills.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or have an exemption.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of duties in support of the organization’s Courier Service.
• Provide prompt and dependable transportation for deliveries, pickups, errands, etc.
• Pick-up and deliver supplies and specimens as needed.
• Obey rules of the road while driving.
