Courier - Per Diem

Valley Medical Group is looking for a responsible and dependable Courier to join our team! This position requires travel between our 4 health centers using our company vehicle. If you are looking for an exciting and fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity! Position: Courier Location: all 4 locations, this position will be based out of our Easthampton Health Center Hours: Per Diem. This position will rotate hours and weeks as follows: Week 1: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm Week 2 Off Week 3: Monday-Friday 12:30pm - 5:00pm Week 4: Off Hours may vary depending on department needs. Exact schedule to be discussed at time of interview. The courier is responsible for daily transportation and delivery of patient laboratory specimens, patient co-payment receipts, and VMG interoffice mail across our four office locations.
Requirements
- Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Picking up specimens from lab draw stations and dropping off at the lab
- Collecting and depositing daily cash receipts
- Transporting interoffice mail between each canter
- Adhere to and comply with Massachusetts driving and traffic laws
