About The Position
This is a part time 28 hours work week position. Work Schedule: Monday- 0730a.m.-1:30p.m. and Tuesday - Friday1100- 5:00 p.m. Position Summary: Serve as an ambassador and liaison for the hospital to the physician’s offices. Visit assigned physician’s offices daily delivering reports and other mail. Pick up specimen for testing and other documents, films or reports as necessary. Deliver and organize specimens for the Histology Laboratory. Position Requirements: A: Licensure/Certification/Registration: None B. Education: High School Diploma C: Experience: Experience in route deliveries preferred, not required. D. Special Qualifications: Valid Georgia drivers license. Must meet drivers requirements of St. Mary’s Hospital Vechile Safety Program. Must pass Defensive Drivers class with in 2 months of employment. PT courier position. Times are approximate and subject to change based on need. - Must meet drivers requirements of St. Mary’s Hospital Vechile Safety Program.
- Must pass Defensive Drivers class with in 2 months of employment.
