There are so many ways we differ for other employers. There is no corporate bureaucracy here! You are a person, not a number. We have great managers who are knowledgeable, supportive, and want their team to succed. It's an interesting place to work; we have our own pharmacy, lab, and research departments and are known both nationally and internationally for the work we do to serve the Hemophilia community. We like each other! When our staff is asked what they like best about their job, 99% of the time the answer is they love working with the team at BCDI. If you want to go to work feeling good about the job you are doing and enjoy working for a cause and helping people, this may be the ideal workplace for you! Pay range is $17-$18 an hour, dependent upon experience.
