About The Position

Ensures customer satisfaction by making pick-ups and deliveries in a proficient and timely manner.This position reports directly to the Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Assistant Site Manager, depending on site personnel configuration.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid state driver’s license and driving record meeting company standards.
Experience with electronic communication devices and working in a team environment.
Basic technical ability (computers, email, TRAC).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to read maps, follow written instructions, and complete paperwork accurately.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Competency in performing multiple tasks.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver messages, documents, packages, and other items to business establishments.
Travel to delivery sites by foot, bicycle, automobile, public conveyance, or customer vehicles.
Keep a log of items received and delivered.
Obtain receipts for delivered articles.
Follow appropriate chain of custody protocols (e.g., TRAC).
Service delivery vehicle (check fluid levels, replenish fuel).
Perform pick-up and delivery by accurately following maps and/or written instructions.
Follow RICOH Service Excellence performance requirements.
Maintain compliance with state and company standards by operating vehicles safely and lawfully.
Respond to client requests, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of completed orders.
Present a professional appearance according to company standards.
Communicate vehicle safety and maintain routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.).
Meet company attendance standards by reporting punctually and working scheduled hours, including overtime if required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Work independently and make sound decisions with customer and business needs in mind.
