About The Position

To transport supplies and patients to and from Bradford.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write English. Communicate with people and follow instructions.
• Must have a valid State driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Must be able to see at 20/40 corrected in each eye and hear (hearing aid acceptable).
• Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to drive for approximately 6 hours of 8 hour shift.
• If recovering, must have two (2) years of verifiable sobriety.
• Know and abide by the general provisions of 42 CFR Part 2, "Confidentiality of Drug and Alcohol Abuse Patient Records", and 45 CFR "Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act."
• This position has unrestricted access to patient identifying information.

Responsibilities

• Transport courier bags and other supplies to other locations within the company.
• Deliver medications from pharmacy department to inpatient locations.
• Responsible for routine maintenance of courier vehicle (maintain detailed service records).
• Responsible for cleanliness of courier vehicle.
• Transport patients to and from facility as needed.
• Regular attendance.
• Other duties as assigned by Executive Director.
