About The Position

The courier is responsible for delivering as well as picking up supplies and/or samples at various client locations around the Northeastern region of the United States. This individual will be interacting with clients and must be professional and courteous at all times.

Requirements

• Qualifications include a professional and courteous attitude.
• The individual must have an active driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Nice To Haves

• Prior courier experience and familiarity with roadways in the Boston metropolitan area a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily deliveries/pickups with Client Services
• Manage schedule and routes to meet desired pick-up/ delivery windows
• Execute responsible driving while utilizing company and personal vehicles
• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations while transporting materials
• Be professional and courteous in all interactions with clients
• Communicate proactively any issues as they arise directly with Client Services as well as the client
