About The Position

Gritman Medical Center is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Courier to
join our Courier Services team. This position is responsible for driving a
hospital vehicle to transport various items, including specimens, supplies,
instruments, cash bags, documents, and other goods, to and from Gritman
facilities and clinics on and off-campus.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license at the time of hire and maintain throughout employment.
• Must possess valid vehicle insurance at the time of hire and maintain throughout employment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience following a daily schedule is preferred.
• Familiarity with driving in diverse weather conditions is preferred.
• Ability to use electronic maps for locating addresses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow the daily schedule to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Handle and transport specimens and biohazardous materials safely using appropriate protective equipment.
• Navigate to multiple locations using an electronic map or provided instructions.
• Maintain documentation for deliveries and pickups as required.
• Safely operate a vehicle in all weather conditions.
