We are looking for individuals who are interested in joining our pool of candidates for various courier/driving opportunities out of several Service Centers. Typical shifts/statuses available: Full-Time - Monday - Friday; morning, afternoon, night and overnight schedules; 40 hours per week Part-Time - Monday - Friday 20-35 hours per week depending on schedules On-Call - Monday - Friday; 0-20 hours per weeks on average Are you ready to work making the world a safer, healthier place? What Does a Pace® Courier Do? Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. Deliver packages and documents while providing exceptional customer service at every stop. Load, unload, and handle packages weighing up to 70 lbs. with care and attention to safety protocols. Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to group and individual success. Manage and maintain important databases, forms, and documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Apply and communicate Pace® organizational policies and procedures with professionalism and clarity. Exercise initiative, judgment, and discretion within established guidelines, always demonstrating tact and prudence. Deliver effective oral presentations to groups, peers, and internal departments as needed. Foster and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and all individuals you encounter on the job.
