The role also involves performing duties independently with minimal supervision and offering assistance when needed. Experienced couriers may assist in training new staff based on departmental needs. Maintaining the integrity of HNL Lab Medicine vehicles is crucial, which includes regular sanitization and vacuuming of the vehicle's interior and taking it to a dedicated car wash facility as necessary. The Courier must operate all HNL Lab Medicine equipment and vehicles safely, following safety protocols and policies. Attention to detail is essential to ensure effective service to clients and patients while maintaining specimen integrity and meeting required turnaround times.
