About The Position

The position involves operating company vehicles to provide courteous and efficient delivery and pick up of packages. The employee will check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service and provide coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area. Additionally, the role includes related customer service functions and performing other duties as assigned. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 6 AM to 6 PM, with shifts and hours varying due to operational needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months of courier experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment and/or assistance.
• Good human relations and verbal communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of the station's service area preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in adaptability, dependability, and excellent courier methods.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of both the application and driver requirement form.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• State-issued driver's license for the past 3 years with no gaps, suspensions, or interruptions.
