About The Position

The Courier/Swing Driver position at Federal Express Corporation involves operating company vehicles to provide courteous and efficient delivery and pick up of packages. The role requires checking shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service and providing coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area. Additional customer service functions are also part of the job, along with performing other duties as assigned. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 16:00, with a 1-hour break, although shift length may vary based on route assignment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months of courier experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver packages over 50 lbs with appropriate equipment or assistance.
• Good human relations and verbal communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of the station's service area preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in adaptability, dependability, and excellent courier methods.

Responsibilities
