About The Position
The position of Swing Courier/Driver at FedEx involves operating company vehicles to ensure the timely and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages. The role requires a commitment to customer service, as couriers will interact with customers during their deliveries. Couriers are responsible for checking shipments to ensure they conform to FedEx's service features, which includes verifying package contents and ensuring that all deliveries meet the company's standards.
