About The Position

We are looking for a full-time, Courier / Laboratory Support to support our Tustin, CA location. Candidates must have a personal, registered vehicle and a clean driving record. The personal vehicle will be utilized only initially and no more than three months until a company vehicle will be provided. Courier / Laboratory Support is responsible for delivering client sample packages from client sites and drop boxes to Eurofins laboratory locations as well as between Eurofins locations in the larger metro area. Receiving and login duties include ensuring that all samples are logged in in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. The personnel must maintain an open line of communication with Project Managers, Analysts and other management staff.

Requirements

• HS diploma or G.E.D.
• Valid Driver's License
• A registered vehicle in good operating condition and a clean driving record
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English
• Good Typewriting skills
• Good communication skills
• Must have the ability to multitask
• Attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Sample Receiving preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver samples from client sites and between Eurofins locations
• Pick up and deliver laboratory equipment between Eurofins locations
• Interact with clients during pick up of samples and delivery of supplies
• Refueling/recharging of company courier vehicle
• Receive and open packages
• Login of all samples in a timely manner
• Label all samples
• QC of samples/projects prior to sending into the laboratory
• Maintain open lines of communication with clients and internal staff alike
• Forward specific project related information to the appropriate PM
• Other related duties
