Courier/Driver (Delivery Trucks and Vans)
About The Position

Schedule: Must be flexible to work between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM for a full-time 8-hour shift, with paid overtime opportunities available. What you will be doing: Deliver mail and parcels across campus while enjoying the road and ensuring timely, accurate service. Provide 5-star customer service and build strong professional relationships with employees and teams. Maintain accurate delivery logs, follow chain-of-custody procedures, and complete paperwork with precision. Operate and maintain company vehicles safely, following all state laws and company safety standards. Support daily operations by responding to client requests, assisting teams, and stepping in where coverage is needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of related work experience preferred.
- Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to work assigned hours.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
- Comfortable using MS Office, computer-based systems, and MFD/office equipment.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge, including routine checks such as tire changes, fuel, battery, lights, and general upkeep.
