About The Position

The Courier / Customer Service Associate is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery and pickup of packages throughout the client campus while providing excellent customer service. This is a physically active, driving-based role that requires reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to operate a company vehicle and trailer (training provided if needed)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable using smartphone technology and shipping/receiving applications
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and pick up packages across the client campus in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service to clients and staff
  • Safely operate a company van or a tragon with trailer
  • Use company-issued iPhone and technology for tracking, receiving, and shipping operations
  • Scan, log, and verify packages during delivery and pickup
  • Follow all safety, traffic, and company policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and campus contacts regarding deliveries
