About The Position

The Coupa System Administrator will play a crucial role in the management and administration of the Coupa Procure to Pay solution. This position requires a blend of functional and technical expertise to ensure the platform operates efficiently and effectively. The administrator will be responsible for managing user accounts, roles, and permissions, as well as configuring workflows and business rules to automate procurement processes. A key aspect of this role is to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Coupa system, which involves performing regular system upgrades and maintenance. In addition to technical responsibilities, the Coupa System Administrator will provide ongoing support to internal users, addressing any concerns related to data, process, configuration, or integration issues. The role also involves continuous evaluation and optimization of financial processes to enhance overall efficiency. As the subject matter expert for Coupa, the administrator will own all aspects of employee training and vendor onboarding, which includes creating and delivering training materials such as infographics, videos, and newsletters. The administrator will also review major release notes for Coupa updates and prepare the organization to incorporate new functionalities, ensuring that stakeholders are informed of any changes. This position is highly visible and requires collaboration with key departments such as Finance & Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Information Technology. Building and maintaining trust relationships with department staff and leaders is essential, as is maintaining confidentiality in all dealings.
