Responsibilities

• Schedule, transport, and escort clients to various appointments including medical, dental, and court hearings.
• Assist clients and families with daily living activities such as home care, meal planning, budgeting, and childcare.
• Advise professional social service staff on clients' needs and progress towards established goals.
• Provide supervision to children during office visits and in crisis situations at home.
• Perform routine clerical tasks including processing mail, filing, answering phones, typing, and preparing reports.
