The County Program Analyst position at the Department of Agriculture in Wisconsin involves supporting various agricultural programs at the county level.   • Utilizing various web-based software applications to maintain producer data and process automated forms.
  • Using a high degree of initiative and judgment in planning and carrying out assigned tasks and resolving problems encountered.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least one year of general work experience in support of projects, programs, or assignments related to agricultural operations or customer service functions.
  • Successful completion of four years of education above high school in an accredited institution or a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with agricultural program policies and practices.
  • Knowledge of analytical and evaluative techniques for assessing program effectiveness.
