About The Position
Premier Community Supports provides the highest quality of person-centered support for in-home and community-based services. Premier was founded on the principles of person-centered care, integrity, quality, and a love for what we do, and it shows in the supports we provide. County Managers are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Community Living Support Programs and other assigned programs for Premier Community Supports in the assigned County. This job onboards and manages Individuals receiving Community Living Supports and the Direct Support Professionals who provide care, while maintaining a favorable reputation and working relationship with County Case Managers and other interested community partners.
