Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver's license not under suspension.

Responsibilities

• Supervise In-home Caseworkers in the development of Family Service Plans.
• Distribute work assignments to maintain balanced caseloads.
• Consult with and advise caseworkers on service continuation, case closure, and safety plans.
• Review work and provide training to caseworkers to ensure they remain strength-based and solution-focused.
• Maintain communication with service providers and attend meetings with agency development teams and outside agencies.
• Ensure accurate documentation of meetings, home visits, and communication with clients.
• Prepare and review court documents and attend or testify at hearings as needed.
• Consult with attorneys regarding cases as necessary.
