About The Position
Join Fellowship Community as a Part-Time Country Store Associate! Every other Weekend. Location: Whitehall, PA Pay: $15–$16/hour Be the friendly face of our Country Store! In this customer-focused role, you'll assist residents and visitors with purchases, maintain a welcoming environment, and help promote products that enhance daily life. Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Intermediate computer and communication skills
- Strong organizational and public relations skills
- Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment
Nice To Haves
- Retail, marketing, or customer service experience preferred
- Understanding of geriatrics and long-term care
- Ability to count cash and communicate with individuals with sight/hearing impairments
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers at the register
- Maintain accurate sales records and cash handling
- Stock shelves and manage coffee station
- Promote sales and update store signage
- Support store cleanliness and display changes
