About The Position

The Country Manager will provide leadership to the Country team to deliver performance targets, conduct regular business reviews to drive performance improvements, and lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets. The role involves driving growth in line with an agreed growth plan, delivering world-class customer service, hiring great talent, developing the team, ensuring succession planning, and managing costs.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial track record of driving both top and bottom line growth month on month.
  • Demonstrated direct and indirect leadership to recruit, train, and retain a best-in-class team.
  • Ability to set priorities, establish objectives/milestones, plan activities, and submit accurate and timely reports.
  • Understanding and management of the levers that maximize revenue and profitability including price and enquiry conversion.
  • Clear customer focus and proven ability to plan, analyze, and run successful marketing programs.
  • Ensure the sales organization has the right resources and is trained properly to identify customer needs.
  • Professional and clear communication skills with the ability to network at a high level and build strong business relationships.
  • Drive the growth of the network via an aggressive development plan on business centres and express locations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure each function has a plan with clear KPI's and review them every month.
  • Maximize sales revenue by increasing conversion of leads.
  • Oversee the development and execution of the Country Sales plans.
  • Grow our network through investment partners, landlords and partners in a capital-light way.
  • Drive business efficiency.
  • Understand customer needs to deliver products and solutions that provide a great day at work.
  • Spend time with existing customers to improve customer satisfaction and look for opportunities to sell additional products and services.
  • Understand the local market to ensure pricing is competitive.
  • Be a strong brand ambassador, network with the local business community to gain market intelligence and generate sales leads.
  • Work closely with Group teams to ensure plans are up to date and to drive performance.
  • Understand the external competitive environment to inform our plans.
