About The Position

The position involves leading and assisting with acquisition projects, preparing business, commercial, and technical proposals, and managing RFI and RFQ preparations. The role requires identifying potential opportunities to expand OPmobility's business in the EU, executing market and product analysis, and preparing for gate reviews for acquisition projects. Additionally, the candidate will lead special assignments from the SU Group, build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage customer contracts, and forecast key account metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in sales and business development, with 5+ years experience in automotive parts companies.
  • Very organized with strong analytical skills.
  • Presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in a multi-cultural environment is advantageous.
  • High motivation to support steady business growth.
  • Committed team player with motivational drive, flexible and dynamic approach.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and/or assist with acquisition projects by preparing business/commercial/technical proposals.
  • Responsible for RFI and RFQ preparations by leading the acquisition team to make quotations.
  • Identify potential opportunities to expand OPmobility business in EU including new customers and partnerships.
  • Execute market and product analysis to identify future market opportunities for OPmobility products.
  • Responsible for gate review preparation for acquisition projects.
  • Lead, plan, and execute special assignments from the SU Group.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Manage any and all matters specific to customers by assisting with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within existing customers and collaborate with project/plant teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Develop new business with existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage customer contracts and negotiate price agreements to maximize profit.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results, annual forecasts) and prepare reports on account status.
